Blast off into summer with the new ‘Space Sorbet Collection!’ The 6-piece Collection features three microglitters and three glitter crellies to satisfy that summer sweet tooth! Available from May 13th.
‘Mango Meteor’ features a nude holographic microglitter mix in a mango yellow crelly base! This such a lush mango yellow! It’s not that often that we see a yellow like that in a collection so I’m grateful to PP for creating such a colour. It takes 2 to 3 coats to get opaque and I would also recommend topcoat for all microglitter crellies to smooth them out, otherwise they’ll dry textured.
‘Peach Pulsar’ features a nude holographic microglitter mix in a peachy orange crelly base! This look very yummy even to me, a person who doesn’t necessarily appreciates mellow oranges that much. I don’t think the shade is particularly flattering for my skintone but I think it’ll look awesome on someone with a deeper skin colour or on someone who isn’t so pink 😀
‘Strawberry Supernova’ features a nude holographic microglitter mix in a light pink crelly base! This one screams cute to me and I kind of like it… The polish looks almost speckled and that makes me like it more. A very pretty shade with a lovely formula. I did 2 coats but I can easily see how it might just need 3.
Sour Apple Space Junk
‘Sour Apple Space Junk’ features pink, orange, lime and gold metallic and holographic glitters in a lemon-lime crelly base. Oh this one is full of zest! This can lean more lime depending on the lighting. I did 2 coats + added topcoat.
‘Creamsicle Comet’ features pink, orange, lime and gold metallic and holographic glitters in a peachy orange crelly base! I really liked this shade in the bottle but sadly it didn’t pair well with my skintone. If you have less pink tones to your skin colour, then you’ll probably have more luck with this shade.
‘Bubblegum Blast-off’ features pink, orange, and gold metallic and holographic glitters in a bubblegum pink crelly base! This one takes away the pink tones from my skintone so I wore it happily and enjoyed the colour on my nails 🙂 It looks absolutely yummy and makes me think of all the strawberry ice cream I could it right now.
There is also a mystery shade that was introduced back in April with that month’s release. The colour wasn’t revealed then, it was only said that the base wasn’t white. I thought I would include that polish in this post because its vibe really suits the collection we’ve just seen.
Mystery Crelly Dix
My favourites this time are Mango Meteor with its stunning warm yellow and Bubblegum Blast-off which could have been too cute but that glitter mix gives this polish a nice edge to it. I also loved the mystery polish with its refreshing shade of blue.
